Admission Conditions

• The cat must be healthy and in good physical condition.
• We only accept cats with no signs of infectious disease or parasites.
• The cat must have valid vaccination against infectious diseases – ideally the triple combination (against feline panleukopenia, feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus). Vaccination should be done no later than 20 days before check-in. The vaccine is valid for 1 year!
• The vaccination card stays at the hotel during the stay.
• Rabies vaccination is not required if your cat doesn’t go outside.
• The cat must be treated against external parasites (fleas, ticks) at least ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE.
• The cat must be dewormed.
• If the cat suffers from any illness or condition (which must not be infectious or transmissible), a disability, handicap, or any other health issue, PLEASE let us know in advance when booking the stay.
• If the cat has undergone any serious medical procedure or been treated under a doctor’s supervision in the last 2–6 months, a veterinary certificate confirming the cat is fit to stay at the hotel is required.
• Male cats over 1 year old must be neutered.

WE ASK CAT OWNERS TO PROPERLY TREAT THEIR PETS FOR FLEAS BEFORE THE STAY.

RABBITS:

• The rabbit must be vaccinated against rabbit haemorrhagic disease and myxomatosis.
• Please provide a valid vaccination card at check-in; it stays at the hotel during the stay.

FERRETS:

• Rabies vaccination (not required if the ferret is kept only indoors).
• Distemper vaccination (distemper is fatal for ferrets, and the infection can be brought home on shoes or clothing).
• Valid vaccination card.

If your pet doesn’t meet these requirements, we reserve the right to cancel the stay at our hotel.

At check-in, an accommodation agreement is signed with the owner. The owner also signs a declaration confirming that their cat is medically fit and that they are not aware of any illness or health condition that would prevent the stay at the hotel. Both the accommodation agreement and the admission conditions are made out in two copies, one for each party.
