Accommodation

Cats are accommodated in separate, fully equipped, spacious boxes.

• STANDARD BOXES are 110 × 120 × 120 cm. They’re equipped with a litter tray, bowls, a bed, a resting perch, a scratching post and toys.
• The DELUXE BOX is 110 × 120 × 240 cm. It’s equipped with a larger scratching post, several beds, resting perches, bowls, a litter tray and various toys.

Throughout the stay we keep both the room and the boxes clean all day long. After each stay, the boxes and all accessories are thoroughly disinfected. Any fabrics used are always washed.

• For a smoother adjustment, it helps to bring something familiar for your cat – a blanket, bed, toys, bowls, an item of your clothing, etc.
• With the owner’s consent, and under constant supervision, the cat can move around practically the entire hotel.

FEEDING:

• We feed cats according to their usual habits. Dry food and water are available at all times.

VETERINARY CARE:

• In the event of sudden illness or a health problem, cats will receive veterinary care at a nearby veterinary clinic, or from a vet of your choice. The cost of veterinary treatment is paid by the owner.

A contract is signed with the owner when a cat is checked in. The full stay fee is paid on the day the cat is checked in.

During the summer holidays and public holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter…) please remember to book in good time.
